Functions of the Body Temperature Sensing Camera

KBVISION body temperature sensing camera: when it detects a person whose temperature is higher than the set (configured) level, it alerts the control center, marks a red frame around that person's face, and sounds an alarm siren. This is an extremely important screening step for the timely detection and isolation of people at risk of infection at airports, border gates, shopping centers, businesses, and factories — minimizing the spread in the community.

The camera uses two lenses: one for regular video capture and one thermal lens. With these two lenses, the body temperature sensing camera is not only used for measuring body temperature but can also observe like an ordinary camera.

Another very important function of the body temperature sensing camera is its integrated siren and warning light. We preset a temperature threshold; when someone exceeds it, the siren sounds and the light flashes/lights up. In other words, as soon as a person's body temperature exceeds the configured level, the camera immediately raises an alarm, letting us detect anyone with an above-normal temperature (meaning that person has a fever).

In addition, when used with a recorder, the body temperature camera also supports smart facial recognition (AI) even when a face mask is worn.
