Holding meetings or studying online these days is essential, because the covid-19 situation is currently very complicated, so limiting travel is a real necessity. Using a camera in place of a webcam is therefore the best solution for working and studying online.

However, if your computer has no webcam and the meeting is about to start, stepping out of the house right now is out of the question. At times like these, a trusty KB One camera can save you from a very visible blunder. So what can it do for you?

In general, with today's abundance of applications, it isn't hard to find an option that turns a KB One camera — or even your smartphone — into a webcam.

The KB One camera is a home IP camera line from KBVISION, imported as original units, with many extremely useful and convenient features. With a KB One camera, you can work or study online effectively without going to the office or school, despite the covid-19 situation being as complicated as it is now.

The Advanced KB One Camera Features That Make It a Useful Substitute for an Ordinary Webcam

Full HD 1080P video

The high-quality sensor records video and audio directly and clearly. Images are captured more distinctly — exactly what online learning requires.

"Super-wide" viewing angle, with horizontal and vertical rotation

The KB One camera can rotate horizontally through 0 to 355 degrees and tilt from 0 to 90 degrees, making observation very convenient and letting us see every corner.

Smart tracking

With this feature, the KB One camera becomes a formidable "weapon" against intruders — as well as for tracking your movement while presenting during a work-from-home meeting.

Privacy mode

When you enable the privacy feature on the KB One app, the camera lens automatically hides itself to protect your privacy — a feature well suited to meetings that call for confidentiality.

Alarm notifications

It sends instant notifications to your smartphone whenever it detects motion. With this feature, the KB One home IP camera not only serves for meetings or online classes but also becomes a "guardian" of your home whenever unusual movement occurs.

Two-way conversation

And here is a feature that is essential for meetings or online learning, letting everyone interact with each other easily through a smartphone. The built-in speaker and microphone, with echo cancellation, allow you to interact with each other from different locations.

Versatile storage

The KB One camera can save the images you need via a memory card or cloud storage. With this versatility, the KB One WiFi camera is very handy for keeping the images you need from a meeting or the important knowledge from your studies.

What do you think about choosing the KB One as a webcam replacement for working or studying online?

The Benefits of Using a KB One Camera in Place of a Webcam for Work or Online Study

• If you use a camera with Smart Tracking, simply enabling this feature on the KB ONE app turns the camera into a webcam with Smart Tracking.

• You can use an external microphone plugged into the computer for better audio.

• The higher the screen resolution, the sharper the image when zoomed.

• You can power the camera from the computer's USB port or a power bank (if the camera runs on 5V).
