Part I: Guide to Installing a KB WIN Camera

In this part, we will walk you through two installation locations: the ceiling and the wall. Installation is very simple, and you can see the whole process through the video guide below:

Part II: Guide to Configuring the Camera with the KB WIN Software

After installing the KB WIN camera in your chosen location, we power it on and connect the camera for use by: downloading the Kbwatch app (available on both IOS and Android), installing it on your phone, and connecting the KBWIN camera by following these steps:

• Step 1: Open the app and tap Register, then follow the steps shown in the image below.

• Step 2: Log in with the account you just registered and start adding the camera to the app (follow the image below).

• Step 3: After completing the steps above, add the camera to the app. Here you can add it either by scanning the QR code or by entering the ID printed on the camera. If you enter by ID, the app will ask you for the password (note: the password is printed below the ID on the camera).

• Step 4: Next, under "network connection method," select the "wifi" icon, and the app will display the request shown in image (2). At this point, press the reset button on the camera to activate wireless configuration reception mode and wait to hear the voice prompt from the camera. Once you hear the voice prompt, select "Heard the recorded reminder." Then enter the WiFi password.

• Step 5: After entering the WiFi password, your phone will play a notification tone; keep the phone near the camera until the app displays as in image (2) below, then set a new password for the camera (the password must be more than 8 characters, letters without diacritics and numbers). Then enter the WiFi for the camera.

• Step 6: Name the camera and choose the time zone.

After confirming, select the camera in the device list and the app will show the interface below. Here you can configure the camera by tapping the settings button in the top right corner of the interface.
